Guideline reps at a given percentage
- 65% 6 rep at
- 70% 5 rep at
- 75% 4 rep at
- 80% 3 rep at
- 85% 3 rep at
- 90% 2 rep at
6 sets of any of these is a reasonable training session, adjust the number
of sets for desired difficulty.
Rest times should be 2-5 minutes.
